Two factors I have found to be common among the rich that I believe are the foundation of their wealth, and certainly, laziness is not one of them.
I have discovered that every rich man has a mindset that is rich, prosperous and wealthy.
I am yet to see anyone who is rich whose mindset is laden with thoughts of poverty. This to me is the foundation of their riches. Their riches therefore springs from the mentality they carry along.
Also, I am yet to see anyone who is poor with a rich or prosperity mindset. If you have seen any please let me know.
Do not confuse the mere talk of the mouth out of flimsy wishes and fantasies for a mindset or mentality of riches and prosperity. You can only validate the worth of a man by the results he consistently produce around him. The kind of people you associate with on a regular bases are a proof of your mindset. The activities that you engage in more frequently are a proof of your mindset. Are you aware that what you do on social media on a regular bases is also a proof of your mindset?
The second factor I have found among people who are rich and prosperous is that, they are very hardworking. In fact, they work more in their 24 hours in a day than they do other things put together. This is the reason why they are always very busy. That’s the reason why you won’t see them engaging in fruitless time wasting discussions on social media. In fact, they have more missed calls than the calls they actually take. So, stop complaining when they don’t pick your calls. They are actually very busy. That’s the truth. If you pick ALL calls at ALL times, I won’t be surprised if you are poor.
I have had people speak against popular Nigeria Clergy man, Bishop David Oyedepo because of his wealth, and many say he is using the church to enrich himself. I have also watch many people pray that God will bless them like he has blessed him.
A careful look at this man will show you that he is one of the most hardworking men on this planet earth currently that I know. I have heard him say that he works an average of 16-18 hours everyday. At my last count he has authored a minimum of over sixty (60) books. That’s like 1 book per year since he was 1 year old.
Now, if this man wasn’t a Pastor of a church, do you think with the number of books he has written he will be poor? Do you think if you are the one who speaks to the number of people he speaks to every week, irrespective of what your message is, will you be poor?
You can not be lazy and expect to be rich. Poverty and laziness are very close relatives, in fact where laziness is found be sure to see poverty there, if not immediately, it will come suddenly but certainly.
Listening to Coach Praise Fowowe yesterday, I found out that he reads a minimum of two books everyday. I am not surprised he speaks the way he do. How will someone like that be poor?
I have heard, Apostle Joshua Selman say, that his head will not touch the bed to sleep in a day until there is a measure of knowledge he must consume, despite his busy engagement all around the world.
Most times when I wake up very early or stay awake till late in the night, I see people like Coach Temi, Pst Ejimi, Emeka Nobis, still online, yet you will not get their response immediately when you chat them up. Why, because these people are busy, reading, searching, researching, strategizing, learning, relearning, unlearning, and many more just so they can get better each day at what they are doing. Little wonder why they are rich.
Rich people always have things to do, even when they go on vacation, they do it out of necessity not because they don’t have something else to do anymore.
Do you truly want to be rich, then look out for these two factors, Your Mindset and Hard work.
They make the foundation that is very sure to carry any amount of riches that is put on it.
If you can take care of the first one, the second will fall in place.
