Albeit, I wasn’t privileged to meet with you palpably, I had always admired your zeal and patriotic contributions especially to the growth and improvement of our party the PDP.
At a time when we are clamoring for more participation of women in politics, you were at the forefront.
You showed to so many an example of what women can do in politics, and that women can play a pivotal role in the building of a great nation in a political system.
You have always stood in the position of truth, just and fairness in every issue pertaining to the party, society and nation generally. That even when you were struggling with health challenge, it did not constrain you from preaching the gospel of unity and togetherness.
At about 6:30 of Sunday evening (30/1/2022), your message was “Edo North PDP should please unite”, you shared this message to all the PDP platforms we shared in common, little did we know that it was your last message to us and that you would be leaving us forever the following day.
It was my wish and desire to meet you one day, and appreciate you for your works, but fate overtook all of that.
Mobilizer Mama, you have done your part and we are proud and grateful for the role you played. Indeed, we shall miss you.
I pray that you find eternal rest with the most high, until we meet again.
