Governor Simon Lalong addressing Plateau Citizens<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Plateau State Governor made this assertion when he addressed citizens in the Rwang Pam Township Stadium in marking the Nation’s 61st Independence Anniversary.<\/p>\n

The Governor stated that the younger generation appears confused on what the future holds for them in this country, which is rather unfortunate and a cause of concern for all.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

He added that the time has come for all to arise and do everything possible to remove these and other impediments that remain major stumbling blocks for national growth.<\/p>\n

Governor Lalong emphasize that he’s\u00a0 particularly worried that the younger generation has been so inundated with the prevailing challenges of unemployment; lack of opportunities; violence and insecurity; such that they appear to be losing hope in the nation.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

He further charged the younger generation not to despair because these challenges of today will not last forever, as no condition is permanent and even the problems of today will be history tomorrow.<\/p>\n
