THE FARM BY THE ROAD SIDE: A CALL FOR CAUTION – Prof. Matthew Izibili

Any determined farmer who consciously chose a piece of land along the road for the year’s cultivation, must be ready to face different categories of supervisors (Official or volunteers). God help you if you tend the farm well, you may gain the praise of the passers by. Otherwise, you’re the subject of discussion by all and sundry.

Meanwhile, if the farm is Neatly presented, be ready to hear that you have taken over other farmers’ potentials and added same to your own. By the time the farm turns out to be uncared for, so many unprintable names and comments that can cause itching to the ears, will be repeatedly made. Ota atadeeeee!

The location of your farm matters. Be ready to face whatever it turns out to be. However, there are green grasses everywhere waiting for you to water with consistency and some level of patience too. By the grace of God, it will turn greener sooner than you think. This farm is equivalent to a fruitful mango tree by the road side. It receives both invited and uninvited guests in its season so long as it produced fruits.

Note:Is there anyone in doubt of his or her paternity, try a simple test by showing interest in local politics. Behold, the shocker is right here with you… Farm by the road side. Hmmmm; Aikagbonre philosophy loading In times like this. Osoimurie!
