The visiting team of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) is an organ of the Federal Ministry of Education which is charged with the sole mandate of regulating Technical and Vocational Education and Training Institutions in Nigeria.
In fulfillment of her roles, the NBTE team was at the College’s permanent site in Lamingo Jos, for resource verification of the College in preparation for the establishment of some programs in the institution for award of National Diploma (ND).
The exercise was a huge success for the institution as the visiting team went around the College to inspect the facilities, human resources present, and other critical areas of need.
The team had a robust engagement with the management to get useful information and readiness of the College in preparation for establishing the new programs in addition to others that are currently running in the College.
The Leader of the NBTE team, Dr. (Mrs) Kubara Jauro, who led other members of the committee, was overwhelmed by the readiness of the institution with an expression of their profound satisfaction with what they saw in the institution.
Dr Jauro stated that, from what they have seen, the institution has adequate equipment and more than the minimum requirements for the establishment of the new programs and the existing ones.
She further encouraged the management not to relent on the stride but rather to continue to do their best to uplift the standard of the Institution, among others.

The Chief Executive Officer/Provost of the Institution, Professor Sunday Etukudoh in response, said they were able to achieve the monumental developments for the Institution under his leadership because they are working effectively in tandem with the renewed hope agenda of Mr. President.

Nice one, remain Direct entry to MLS from Mlt you guys should work on that not to be approving Certificates courses thank you.
I am so much delighted in hearing this great news, we the medical laboratory technicians really appreciates you all.
But it’ll be a thing of joy to we that already done with medical lab technicians to be given an opportunity to apply for a distance and direct entry learning programmes in any nearby universities around our vacinities. Honestly we’ll appreciate it the more, reason for saying all of these is because not everyone can afford to start from scratch again all in the name of going back to school, but instead we can help ourselves with school fees while working and eases the burden to our parents.
I wish you all would see my reasons and treat as urgent.
Thanks and God bless you all.
