Dr. Ofili Donald Embarks on First Official Assignment as Acting Registrar, MLSCN

Dr. Ofili Donald, the recently appointed Acting Registrar of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), has undertaken his first official assignment at the 48th National Annual Convention and 50th Anniversary Celebration of the Nigerian Medical Laboratory Science Students’ Association (NIMELSSA).

Held under the inspiring theme “From Vision to Reality: Strengthening Medical Laboratory Science Education and Practice in Nigeria,” the event brought together students, professionals, and stakeholders to celebrate five decades of progress and chart the course for the future of the profession.

Dr. Ofili’s participation underscores his enduring commitment to advancing medical laboratory science education, quality assurance, and system strengthening in Nigeria and across West Africa. His presence signals a new chapter of visionary leadership at MLSCN, rooted in over 25 years of excellence in laboratory systems development and public health.
