You must understand that God’s word has gone ahead of you this year, that you are a more than conqueror (Romans 8: 35-37).
Many people fight to become a conqueror, but more than conquerors don’t need to fight, the enemies only hear your fear and take to flight.
Some Birthright of a believer include:
1. You are redeem as sign and wonder (John 20: 21). Christ was born a sign and wonder and so he said as the Father as sent Him, so he has sent you (John 3:8). People may not understand you, yet you will be commanding sign and wonder.
2. You are seated far above (Ephesians 2: 5-6). You are not down and never be down, He has raised us up and made us to sit together in heavenly places (Ephesians 1: 20-22). Shame is under your feet, reproach is under your feet, because you are from above and above all (John 3:31).
3. The Trinity dwell in us (John 13:10). So if the father is inside Christ and you have received Christ, waoo. You now have Christ and the Father and the Holy Spirit.
You can’t have the Trinity in you and see shame, it’s not possible.
The above are our heritage in Christ to operate in the realm of more than a conqueror, but there are things you must do in oder to operate in the realm.
If you must actualize your birthright, there are things you must engage in:
1. Be committed in building your faith (Habakkuk 2: 1-4).
To actualize your more than a conqueror personality, faith is a must (Galatians 3:11) and faith is the key (Hebrew 11: 32-35).
It takes faith to be in-charge, you need faith to take your place.
It takes faith to create solution. He created the world by His word that come through faith. Faith is what guarantee performance (Luke 1:45).
Jesus saw the faith of the man sick of palsy and that brought about his healing (Mark 2:5; Luke 5:26).
You must understand that faith is a level
A. No faith: Those who don’t have Christ (Salvation) operates on this level.
B. Little faith
C. Weak faith
D. Strong/Great faith
The level at which you operate is what determines your command of impact (Romans 12:3), and everyone has a measure of faith.
Little faith cannot cross the red sea, it took great faith for them to have cross the red sea. Little faith cannot conceive a child at the age of ninety (Hebrew 11:11; Genesis 21: 1-2). Little faith cannot stop the mouth of lions, it took strong and great faith.
Little faith cannot stop the storms of life, it need great faith (Matthew 8:26; 14:31).
This year forget about your situation and circumstances, just look unto God. It’s little faith that attract doubt, men of strong faith will never doubt but stand strong.
It will take our strong faith (Romans 4: 19-20).
How does strong faith come?
We must build our faith. Faith is a spiritual virtue that can grow (2nd Thessalonians 1:3). There is no limit to the growth of your faith, the level of your faith is the level of your command.
You need to take a conscious step to build your faith. Just as a building don’t just grow without you taking steps to bring materials together and put them to work.
Things required to build our faith:
A. The raw materials for building your faith is the word (Romans 10:17). It is the word you have access to that empower your faith.
Through prayers via the word is what help access faith (Psalm 119:18; Jeremiah 33:3).
If your faith is not backed up by the word, it will not work.
B. Be committed to study and meditation. Read books, it is in the reading God give you revelation (Daniel 9:2).
2. Be committed to a lifestyle of delightful obedience (Psalm 112: 1-3).
The word of God is full of promise but there is what to do to see the promise come to pass. Obedience is what is needed to putting the word of God to work to make us more than a conqueror (James 1: 22-25).
Obedience is not how you like it, but the way God want you to do it. It is as commanded and not as convenience (Deuteronomy 28:1), it is what set you on high and put you in charged.
What is in obedience that makes it powerful?
It guarantee access to his presence (John 8:29; Deuteronomy 28:7).
Jesus Christ and Abraham are examples of those who were obedient even to death, be followers of them (Hebrew 6:12).
